Andre Ashford is a pastor, transformational speaker, and coach who is passionate about helping people grow from the inside out. He currently serves as the Assistant Minister at Drayton Mills Church of Christ in Spartanburg, SC.  

He's known for his dynamic preaching, practical biblical teaching, and heart for developing people. With a unique ability to connect both the unchurched and the overchurched, Andre creates spaces for honest conversations about faith, purpose, relationships, and healing. His work is grounded in the belief that spiritual growth should transform every area of life - mindset, identity, relationships, and leadership.

Andre is the founder of THRIVE Academy, a coaching and community platform designed to equip young professionals and emerging leaders with the tools they need to love God, love themselves, and love others well. Andre empowers individuals and teams to lead with clarity, communicate with confidence, and live with conviction.

He is proudly married to Amber Ashford,  and together they are raising three amazing children.
